Feminization of power campaigns to recruit women to run for public office are conducted by the Feminist Majority in New Jersey and Virginia state legislative races.

The Feminist Majority joins women from Oregon and leaders of women's rights organizations in calling for public hearings to investigate multiple allegations of sexual misconduct against Senator Bob Packwood (R-Oregon).
